Strength:
ME Squats with bands: Go for a new 1 RM! Use the blue or orange bands (light).
Sumo DL: Heavy set of 5
High Bar Back Squat: 1 x 20 (add 5-10# to last week's weight!)

Skill:
Consecutive Box Jumps: Work on rebounding off the floor IMMEDIATELY! Full extension at the top, touch-and-go off the floor only. Do sets of 5 jumps, aiming for a time of less than 8 seconds each set.
