Build up to a Jerk Max!
DE Squats: 10 x 2, 50% + bands
Optional: Max out on Overhead Squats!

MetCon:
800m sled drag 45/20# FOR TIME!

Skill:
Squat Snatch: Do some singles and doubles, focusing on balancing at the bottom

Endurance:
Rest
