DE Press: 10 x 2 (pause at bottom), 50% + bands
Bent Over Rows: 3 x 5
Bradford Press: 3 x 10 (each side)

*Push-ups are "Games Standard" meaning at the bottom position, you lift both hands off the ground before pushing back up.

Endurance:
Run or Row: 10 x 100m, rest as needed. These are all-out sprints!
