Warm-Up

3 Rounds:
Run 330m (a lap around the complex)
10 Ring Push-ups

Dynamic Warm-Up/Burg WU

Strength:
ME Push Press: Go for a new 1RM!
Incline Bench: Heavy set of 5
DB Rollbacks: 4 x 15

MetCon:
For Time:
5 Rounds with a 20# vest:
12 Ring Push-ups
8 Ring Rows
--Rest 60s and ditch the vest--
21, 15, 9 reps:
KB Swings
Burpees

Then, max reps HSPU's in 60s

Endurance:
Run 6 x 400m. Run at a pace that is 10s less than your fastest mile. Rest as needed to keep the pace.
