Dynamic Warm-Up/Burg WU

Strength:
ME 1-Board Press (put a 2x4 or 2x6 on your chest and bench)
Rack/Chain Press: 3 x 10*
Banded Tricep Pressdown**
*Suspend a barbell from the pull-up bars using chains. Set it up to where the bar lines up at your sticking point on the press (chin to forehead area). If you have a rack, you can set the hooks up at that height.
**Hang a band on the pull-up bar (like for pull-up assistance) and do one or two-handed press downs.
