BG's PC form has gotten way better!
But what's with that glove??
Warm-Up
3 Rounds:
Sled Drag 20m
5 CTB Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 OH Squats

Dynamic Warm-Up/Burg WU

Strength:
ME Box Squat with bands: Go for a new 1 RM!
--Use a box that puts you at parallel, or an inch or two above parallel. Use Blue or Orange bands (the long bands!).
Deadlift Variation: 1 x 5 (choose either Sumo, Regular, Deficit, or Rack) Work your weakness!
Optional: High Bar Back Squat: 1 x 20 (go big or go home--but NO GIVING UP!)

MetCon:
Quick, dirty, and all unbroken!
2 RFT of:
20 Burpees
20 Squat Snatch 65/25#
Run 200m

Endurance:
Rest
