Strength:
DE Press: 50% + bands, 9 x 2 (3 grips)*
--Then, work up to 2-3 heavy doubles: NO FAILS!
Bradford Press: 3 x 10 each side
*First 3 sets a little narrower than regular grip, second 3 sets at regular grip, last 3 sets a little wider than regular

MetCon:
"Death by Thrusters" 115#
Do one thruster the first minute, 2 the next, then 3... continuing until you are unable to complete the number of thrusters within the minute.

Endurance:
Run or Row: 5 on, 2 off, 2 rounds, then 1 on, 30s off, 5 rounds
