Strength:
ME Press: Go for a new 1, 3 or 5RM press!
Bradford Press: 3 x 10 (each side)
Push Jerk: 85%, 8 x 1 OTM

MetCon:
AMRAP 8:
3 Tire Jump-Overs (all the way over!)
4 Strict CTB Pull-ups
5 Deep Ring Dips

Endurance:
Run or Row: 2 x (200m, 400m, 800m), rest as needed
