Run and Row 400m

Dynamic Warm-Up

WODs:

Strength:
Find your 1 rep max for the following lifts, in this order:
Back Squat: Below Parallel
Press: NO Legs
Deadlift: NO rounding the back
Bench Press: Keep your butt on the bench
Optional Max: Clean and Jerk

*Rest 3-5 mins between reps on max attempts!


**Make sure to video tape your max attempts on the gym camera...
