Dynamic Warm-up

WODs:

Strength:
Press: 80% x 3, 85%x 3, 90% x 3+
Push Press: 5 sets, 2 reps each (at no more than 85%)

MetCon:
For Time:
50 Double-Unders
3 Rounds:
Run 400m
50 Walking Lunge Steps (25/leg)
Then 50 more DU's

Endurance:
Run or Row: 10x 200m repeats. Rest as needed between.
