Take a day off, work technique or warm-up and stretch!

Endurance: Intervals
Run: 3x 1k, 2 min rest between
Row: 2x 1200m, 2 min rest between

Pic: Bar in the rack position. Fight to get your elbows up and pointing straight forward. It helps to "release" your grip and let the bar sit on your fingertips. But the weight should be resting on your shoulders!
